Open everyday at 8am, Paisley Fig’s baked goods are baked and served in the Room 11 café till we sell out. All of our products are made with the freshest, all natural ingredients, and always 100% from scratch. We source local ingredients whenever possible. Our products are currently available at Dolcezza, Cork Wine Bar, Cork Market, Qualia Coffee, Glen’s Garden Market, Stachowski Market, Smucker Farms, Each Peach Market, Whole Foods Market, The Coffee Bar and more.

LIZZY EVELYN is a graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine and joined the Grand Hyatt Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C., in 2002. In 2003, she became the opening Pastry Chef at both Café Saint-Ex and Bar Pilar, putting her in a smaller, more intimate kitchen. After 5 years as Saint Ex and Bar Pilar’s pastry chef, Lizzy started Paisley Fig which has now located in Room 11.
KATY KINCH is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and joined the team after stints at CityZen, Kendall’s Cakes, and Buzz Bakery. She is our cake specialist.
