Our products are currently available at Room 11, Dolcezza, Cork Wine Bar, Cork Market, Qualia Coffee, Glen’s Garden Market, Stachowski Market, Smucker Farms, Each Peach Market, Whole Foods Market, The Coffee Bar and more!

LIZZY EVELYN is a graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine and joined the Grand Hyatt Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C., in 2002. In 2003, she became the opening Pastry Chef at both Café Saint-Ex and Bar Pilar, putting her in a smaller, more intimate kitchen. After 5 years as Saint Ex and Bar Pilar’s pastry chef, Lizzy started Paisley Fig which has now located in Room 11.
