LIZZY EVELYN is a graduate of L’Academie de Cuisine and joined the Grand Hyatt Hotel in downtown Washington, D.C., in 2002. In 2003, she became the opening Pastry Chef at both Café Saint-Ex and Bar Pilar, putting her in a smaller, more intimate kitchen. After 5 years as Saint Ex and Bar Pilar’s pastry chef, Lizzy started Paisley Fig which is now located in our restaurant, Ellē, at 3221 Mt Pleasant St NW.
