Layered Celebration Cakes…

• The Triple Threat: Chocolate cake, layered with chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream
• The Buttercup: Lemon cake, thin layer of fresh lemon curd, lemon buttercream.
• The "Healthy": Your Choice of Carrot, Spiced Apple, Chocolate Zucchini or Banana layered with not to sweet cream cheese frosting.
• The Lesley: Moist white cake laced with coconut, layered with coconut buttercream, covered in lightly toasted coconut.
• The Lucy: Pistachio Cake layered with apricot jam and chocolate ganache, finished with toasted crushed pistachios.
• The Yayo: Layers of moist chocolate cake laced with cinnamon, layered with spiced Mexican Chocolate Ganache. Yum!
• Summertime: Vanilla Pound Cake, layered with Strawberries (when in season) and whipped cream mousse, covered in Vanilla buttercream and poured Chocolate Ganache
  
• Others: Toasted Almond Mousse Cake, Classic Vanilla, Chocolate Hazelnut, Espresso, Orange. Please note if there is a flavor you don't see and your heart desires, please let us know, it most likely can be made!
